Project Definition
➔
I define the copywriting project you need, whether it’s a ghostwritten book, weekly newsletter, product descriptions, case study, white paper, weekly blog, press release, welcome packet, or LinkedIn bio. I use a comprehensive discovery questionnaire to ensure I understand your brand and marketing needs.
Research & Strategy 🧭
Next, I’ll layout a project strategy and plan for your project. My interview process depends on the type of copywriting project. This can include interviewing you and a customer for a case study, researching the topic, interviewing subject matter experts, interviewing you for a book, and other research as needed.
Copywriting
🖋
I take all the knowledge I’ve acquired, from our meetings to interviews with customers (if needed) and experts to research with peer-reviewed studies and accredited health organizations, and start the writing process. Hint: It involves a lot of coffee.
Launch, Measure, Repeat
🚀📏🔁
This step is the key to content success. For example, when I create and execute a blog content strategy, it’s important that I track and measure the results. I look at which blogs are doing well and why, so I can repeat that success. I also look at which ones aren’t performing well and why, so I can improve them to bring you the readers (website visitors) you need. The end goal is to target your ideal customers, gain their attention through compelling copy, continue to get their attention through their inbox, and eventually turn them into happy customers.
